Jack Bright
Jack is a specialist physiotherapist and S&C coach based in London, who works with clients suffering with complex knee pain and issues that may have failed traditional approaches. Working full time in private practice, Jack has worked with people both in person and online that range from college tennis athletes in America, elite level marathon runners, semi professional hockey players and the general population. When not in clinic, he has worked at sporting events such the ATHX games.Â
Jack’s interest in knee pain developed after suffering on and off problems with his own knee from playing tennis that prevented him from regularly competing. After trying multiple different therapies and treatment options, although some were more successful than others, the problem would always return during the season where he needed to play matches and train more than 4 times a week.
Through his own personal experience, clinical expertise and latest growing evidence base, Jack has created a step by step system that has proven to work with 100’s of people suffering with knee pain. The system not only gets them back to their chosen sport or activity, but by clearly identifying the root cause of the problem, helps people achieve long lasting results without needing to rely on passive treatments.Â
